Bradley Pl north of Seminole and south of Royal Poinciana Way has free 1-hour parking during the day and free overnight parking from 5 PM to 10 AM, about a 5-7 minute walk. Paid parking is also available nearby the building.

Yes. The easiest way is to ask the front desk how to get there. If you are feeling adventurous: just past the elevators is a spa, then a staircase. Right after that is a hall that steps down into another long hall. At the end of that hall, to the left, is the laundry room.

The beach is 1 block east. Take Sunrise Ave east. When you come to a curve in the road, look right after the curve on the right-hand side for the public beach access. There is a green cylinder-looking trash can out front.

PBI is about 10-15 miles away. FLL is approximately 50 minutes away. MIA is approximately 1.5 hours away, depending on traffic.
